Cancellation Policy
Not suitable for babies that can't sit unaided or for newborns. The booking fee is only refundable within the first 14 days of booking after which this cannot be refunded under any circumstances. In the event of illness, the session may be postponed to a maximum of 7 calendar days from the original date of the session (depending on session/calendar availability). In the event of cancellation, a refund may take 3 days to process.
